ROXER SA aims to be a reliable and efficient partner for its customers in the fields of machine manufacturing and watchmaking tooling. The company’s management attaches great importance to the ethical management of its human resources and practises a high level of transparency in its relations with customers and business partners. Management’s stated goal is to ensure the long-term future of the company and to maintain its good relationships with its customers.

Our mission

ROXER SA’s mission is to provide its customers and partners with the most comprehensive service possible in the fields of machine manufacturing and watchmaking tooling. ROXER SA specialises in the development and manufacture of tooling. To this end, it has an excellent technical design office, a sales organisation for watchmaking equipment, and appropriate after-sales and administrative services.

More than 50 years of experience in machine manufacturing and watchmaking tooling ensure an impeccable quality of service for our customers.

Our environmental, social and governance commitment

This approach is structured around the following 3 pillars:

  • Environmental sustainability (energy, waste, mobility)
  • Social sustainability (training, safety, well-being)
  • Economic sustainability (local roots, governance, long-term viability)

To achieve this, we have already implemented:

  1. A carbon footprint assessment every 5 years, i.e. in 2021 and in 2026 based on the 2025 results;
  2. An annual environmental, social and governance report since 2020;
  3. An incentive for management and staff to switch to electric vehicles, with free charging. Since 2024 we have installed 3 charging stations and plan to install 4 more, thanks to the success of the initiative, with 8 electric or hybrid vehicles out of 30 to date.

Our quality, safety and environmental policy and charter

As a company that designs and distributes products in the fields of machine manufacturing and watchmaking tooling, ROXER SA has decided to implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that complies with international standards, with the aim of:

  • being able to develop state-of-the-art installations tailored to our customers’ needs;
  • designing installations that comply with international safety standards;
  • ensuring that the production operations carried out by its suppliers result in a product that meets its specifications and is 100% reliable;
  • giving itself the means to improve its products by assessing the level of customer satisfaction;
  • having a sound internal organisation in order to optimise and facilitate the work of its employees.

The structure and complexity of the quality system must be suited to the size and culture of the company. The quality system is therefore designed to be simple to use yet effective. ROXER SA considers its quality system not as a business card but as a tool for improving its organisation.

ISO 9001:2015 certification

ROXER SA is ISO 9001:2015 certified by SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems) for the development, design and manufacture of machines and watchmaking tooling. First certified in 2007. Certificate no. 34485, valid until 11.12.2028.
